Pregnancy Yoga classes
Nurture yourself and your baby with gentle, supportive yoga designed especially for pregnancy.
At the moment, our pregnancy yoga sessions are offered on a 1-to-1 basis, giving you the space, time, and attention you deserve during this special stage of life. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you to:
Release tension and ease common pregnancy aches.
Strengthen and prepare your body for birth.
Practice breathing and relaxation techniques to support you through pregnancy and labour.
Find calm and connection, both for yourself and your growing baby.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have experience, these sessions are a safe and supportive way to move, breathe, and relax.

Never done yoga before?
Don’t worry these classes are just for you. Learn how to move your body in a gentle and safe way. You don’t have to be bendy or flexible.
